Description
A (academic) – workshops focused on English, cross-cultural matters, EU, and other specialised topic as per request e.g. Management, CSR, Economics, Innovations, ICT, etc. During a semester joint classes with Czech or international students. C (cultural) – activities focused on introduction to Czech Rep., Olomouc, sightseeing, cultural events, national heritage, UNESCO monuments, visit of a local company e.g. brewery, cheese or chocolate factory or an industrial park, etc. T (travelling) – additional travelling in the Czech Republic (or EU if required). |

Certification
Study programmes of all lengths will be rewarded as follows:
- Czech Republic is a member of European Union
- MVSO is an approved university by the Czech Ministry of Education
- Participants will receive an MVSO certificate with ECTS credits
8-12-week programmes will be rewarded in addition to the above by:
Certificate for participation in a CSR project of a business company
Price includes
- Transfer from the airport in Prague to Olomouc (guide, airport express tickets, train tickets, transport from the train station to the accommodation facility)
- Accommodation with buffet style breakfast and full facilities
- Workshops 3*45 min a day (Mon-Fri), usually 9-12 am, study materials
- Guided afternoon activities twice a week (company visits, visits local events, landmarks, sports activities), including private bus where necessary
- Recommended afternoon activities three times a week (additional local exploring activities, with a Czech buddy or individually), detailed instructions and guidance provided
- Trip to Prague (2 nights) – transport to Prague by train, transport to hotel, 3* hotel with breakfast, guide, sightseeing and shopping
- Other trips if applicable (as per the chart above)
- Full time phone/online assistance in emergency situations
- Guided transport to the airport in Prague, private bus (depends on the hotel location)
Price does not include
- Plane ticket – we can quote you our prices (usually cheaper than when booked from China)
- Insurance – we can arrange a specific insurance for Chinese travellers at EUR2,5/day
- Visa fee – we can assist in case of any issues by contacting the Czech Embassy in Beijing
- Meal (except breakfast) – students will get tips where to buy meals at a convenient price (student canteens, supermarkets with dining facilities, grocery shops, etc.). They can use the facilities of their accommodation for cooking. We recommend pocket money for local meals EUR10/day.
